We don't really switch things up much at the shop, but the guys love opening up the big doors to let in some fresh air. When summer or early fall rolls around, we throw our annual Komro Summer Picnic. We invite all the employees, their spouses, and kids to come hang out for the day, play games, eat good food, and enjoy some cold drinks. Everyone in the company really looks forward to this day because it's always a blast for everyone.

This is so awesome to see! When I was an apprentice at a restoration shop, I worked with a retired fabricator that came in to work for fun, and he would start every "lesson" by saying, "Let me teach a new dog old tricks." Learned a lot from him and those interactions as a young tech stay with you!
